Tight inventories are continuing to restrain sales of properties on Delavan Lake, Wisconsin this year. For the first six months, we saw only three lakefront homes sold and 23 lake access homes sold. This compares to three lakefronts last year and 28 lake access homes sold during the same time frame. Prices ranged from $90,000 for a two –bedroom teardown off of South Shore drive to $2,075,000 for a true lakefront with 50 feet of frontage on Manor Lane. 2602 Manor Lane sold for $2,075,000 in the first half of 2025 Condo sales picked up from last year with 17 units sold in 2025 compared to 11 for the first six months of 2024. Prices ranged from $30,000 for a one-bedroom condo hotel room in the Lake Lawn Resort to $415,000 for a two-bedroom in the Geneva Landings complex which is located on the Outlet of Delavan Lake.
