Delavan Lake Property

     As has been seen around the country, prices and sales have gained momentum around Delavan Lake.  There are now seven properties with water frontage that have sold and five more under contract.  With only 23 waterfront properties left in inventory, this is also putting some upward pressure on prices.      The most recent sales around the lake include a four bedroom remodeled two-story along Browns Channel.  Listed at $220,000 the owners held out for a solid $210,000 purchase price.  The property features a large waterfront deck and walk out lower level.
