     The hottest segment of the Delavan Lake Real Estate market is no doubt, the Delavan Lake Outlet.   The properties along this stretch of water have been in such demand, that there are no longer any left to sell.      With 15 Delavan Lakefront sold over the last year, compared to 16 in the previous 12 months, seven of the 15 sales have been on the Outlet.   The prior year saw only two sales in the same area.      The most recent sale, located at 2096 Lake Trail, is a rebuilt four bedroom, four bath masterpiece with 159 feet of lakefront, soaring ceilings and expansive lake views.   The main level features an open concept great room, kitchen and family room along with a first floor bedroom, multiple access ways to the deck and front yard.   Upstairs are two additional bedrooms and the master suite that features a custom steam shower, ceramic tiles, exercise room and office with separate outside entrance.      The home is assessed at $798,000 and sold last week for $690,000 in a

     The second Delavan Club condominium sale this year was a remodeled two-story with direct lake views and many upgrades.      Originally listed for $248,900, this three bedroom, three bath unit sold furnished for $230,000.  The unit included a gas fireplace, wood floors, new carpeting and an open air patio.      The Delavan Club complex sports many amenities for unit owners including swimming pool, club house, tennis courts, basketball court, fitness walk and boat launch.      One bedroom units start at just $159,900 for a one bedroom, one bath with fireplace, wood floors and granite counters.      The complex also has piers and boat slips for the owners.  There is currently a waiting list for the boat slips with a time frame that depends on the sales per year.  For those without a boat slip, in-and-out service is provided.
